Customers can cancel their subscription to Hostels Buddy at any time. To initiate a cancellation, users must contact our customer support at [hello@hostelsbuddy.com](mailto:hello@hostelsbuddy.com) or through the support portal on our website. Refunds for any unused portion of the subscription fee will be provided based on the terms outlined below.
Refunds are eligible for the unused portion of the subscription fee if the cancellation is requested within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are not provided for add-on services, one-time purchases, or fees associated with third-party integrations.
Upon approval of a cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.
SSPR Inc reserves the right to terminate a user's access to Hostels Buddy in cases of misuse, violation of terms, or non-payment. No refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle, and any difference in subscription fees will be adjusted accordingly.
SSPR Inc retains the right to modify or update this Cancellation/Return Policy at its discretion. Users will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be effective immediately.
